Bytesbooster Consulting primarily provides consulting, strategy, implementation and digital service work. Deliverables, timelines and commercials are confirmed in written proposals before paid work starts.
Free Consultations
Free AI audits and discovery calls do not require payment and therefore do not create any refund obligation.
Paid Projects
For paid projects, refunds are handled according to the approved proposal, payment milestone, scope of work and work already completed.
Change Requests
If project scope changes after approval, revised timelines and commercial terms may apply before additional implementation work begins.
